Genesis 3:18-20

New King James Version

¹⁸ Both thorns and thistles it shall ^[a]bring forth for you,
And ^(A)you shall eat the herb of the field.
^19 (B)In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread
Till you return to the ground,
For out of it you were taken;
^(C)For dust you are,
And ^(D)to dust you shall return.”
